Diet Pierre Dukan


Weight loss diet "Pierre Dukan" is named after the famous French nutritionist and specialist in nutrition Dr. Pierre Dukan.

What diet "Pierre Dukan?"
Diet Pierre Dukan of four phases. Diet Pierre Dukan is rich in protein, low in calories, this diet also reduces appetite. Moreover, the process of the absorption of the proteins leading to high-cost, thereby allowing the weight loss without muscle loss.

Permitted foods during the first phase: meat - beef and veal, poultry - skinned, lean ham, fish and seafood, low-fat dairy products, water, tea and coffee can be consumed in quantities as desired. All other foods are forbidden.
Food allowed in the second phase - the aforementioned protein foods plus vegetables except potatoes, rice, sweet corn, lentils, beans, avocado.


Suggested daily during protein attack
Breakfast: coffee or tea without sugar, one or two fruit yogurt with low-fat or 200g low fat cheese or a slice of turkey - skinless, or boiled egg or oat bran.
Lunch: a yogurt, 100 g white meat, or oat bran
Lunch: seafood, turkey or oat bran
Snack: a yoghurt or 100 g white meat
Dinner: chicken or liver or boiled eggs, and fish or shellfish or 1 yogurt.
